Hello guys, I turn to you, since I returned my Cupra Leon ST last year after a 2-year lease. Some time later you just booked 2,800EUR for leasing damage. I received the report first also demand. How did the condition come? Four small scratches a 80EUR, which are insignificant. In addition however 3 new rims a 826EUR. In the meantime I already contradicted the report 3x and we arrived at a good 1,400EUR rest request. I have the My opinion: I really scratched one rim (velvet3), so I can understand the demand. However, I do not consider the other two to be “replaceable”. I am a little unsure of the “cheek” of VW-Leasing, because after a contradiction the four scratches were placed ad acta, after the second contradiction they came to me again with the price. After the third contradiction I was told that the frame was exhausted. I still have to know: The expert criticises the bad light conditions as well as wetness and pollution in the report (see picture). What I am about: I just want to know whether the 1,400EUR are justified here or whether I am being dragged over the table. If it is okay, then I am also ready to settle the demand.
