Max. hourly billing rates WITHOUT workshop binding at HUK24

So far I have been very satisfied with the HUK24 in the last 15 years with several damage cases (all TK, martens, storm damage, hail, disc exchange), whereby in the past all of them have been regulated with KaskoSelect. The current case is now the first WITHOUT KaskoSelect, because my current vehicle is new and I prefer to have it repaired at the brand workshop. Today I reported a stone blow in the front window in the viewing area, which in itself also problem At the end of the conversation, however, there was an indication that the max. hourly rate would be €98.50 + VAT. On my surprising demand, which would result from this cap, it was generally pointed out that this would be so common and I would get this in writing. In the local BMW workshop, the AAW costs €8.60 + VAT, which corresponds to €103.20 + VAT. 34 AAW, i.e. just under 3 hours. If the time limit during the disc exchange is met, the behavior of the HUK24 would cost me almost 17 € from my own pocket. On the one hand, the question arises whether the procedure of the HUK24 is so right. At least according to the AKB and the various threads here in the forum, that shouldn’t be right. On the other hand, however, the problem is whether it is worthwhile to use a lawyer for 17 €. However, I don’t think the procedure of the HUK24 is right, which is why it is d a also a little about ́s principle. With the other threads here at MT it was mostly about larger deviations or cuts, where also a lawyer should be more willing to represent the case. Did someone else have current experience with the procedure or the case also by lawyer or complaint with the ombudsman?
