I have become more damaged on Tuesday in an accident… debt question has been clarified clearly and the matter is already with the lawyer (since I myself and other people in my known circle already had several problems with the vers. of the bad guy)….. since I will demand pain money due to the consequences of the accident, I would be interested who pays for the pain money…..the accident causer? the private liability of the accident causer? or the kfz liability of the unf All-causer?
