Parkrempler in reverse: Debt question

Hello, last week I had a parking ramp in a restaurant parking lot: I slowly drive backwards out of my parking space. As I drive backwards, a vehicle suddenly resets across from a parking space. I see this immediately and stop. However, the woman continues unimpressed and it comes to the collision. The woman claims that I had also driven backwards at the time of the accident, so I was already afraid of a 50/50 debt control (the Poli A few days later, however, I got the surveillance video of the parking lot and was very pleased that the accident was clearly visible there (just as I had described it to the police). When my car came to a stop, the accident opponent is still about 1.5m away and is almost still in the parking space. The time until the impact is then about 1.5s. However, I also had no chance to stand before bl I already thought that the matter had now been resolved – the police have already seen the video and confirmed that I had nothing to blame for (the accident opponent, on the other hand, would still receive mail from the penalty office). Today, however, I showed the accident video of my insurance company (the accident opponent has claimed damages there) and was more than confused than the employees claimed: “Classical I wonder now, is the case before the court really so far off the ground that such a case (which is clearly seen by every layman who sees the video and even by the police) is regulated 50/50? If the accident opponent actually threatens the court, my insurance policy will offer a 50/50 regulation – unless I prevent this and take the risk that I will not be able to re-examine the case before the court. I think the high 50/50 rate in these accidents comes from the fact that afterwards it cannot be clarified who was standing and who was driving. However, this is in my case by the video without doubt possible. Greeting Golf-TSI
