Punch in the workshop – what now?

Hello, two weeks ago one drove me into the side of my Ford Focus. I gave the car to my Ford dealer to have the damage repaired. He ordered an expert who included the following in the report: fenders and doors in front must be changed, truncated A-pillars re-directed, track must be adjusted and front wheels balanced, rear door must be co-painted due to color matching (silver). After 12 days (including 2 weekends) in the workshop I now have the car The next day I noticed that the gap was not at all right against the driver’s side. I have strong wind noises. The track was not set, because the car pulls to the left. Wheels were definitely not groomed, because the rusty weights are still glued to the aluminium rim and the rear door was not painted. Was on Saturday in the workshop to complain, but they sent me back home, because the responsible Master had his day off. A present mechanic briefly examined the car, but found this rather exaggerated to complain about it. Furthermore, they do not want to give me confirmation about the repair time, which the report says 5-7 working days, but were needed 10 WAR days. But do you need this to make a usage failure. How should I proceed now? How many repair attempts does the workshop have? Does it not have to work all the points in the report? Should it be stubborn? , what is to be done? The workshop gets money from the opposing insurance, can’t threaten that I will not pay the bill otherwise. Thanks in advance for your answers.
