Question on rim and ABE and optics

Hello, I need winter tyres or aluminium wheels for my new Alhambra and have a few questions. Lt. COC I can put the following rim 6.5×16 ET 33 on it. The selection of “honey” rims on the internet with the size is unfortunately limited. Now I have come across the following rim: MAM D2 in size 7.5Jx16H2 ET 37 The rim is a TÜV/ABE report according to §22 StVZO where my vehicle is listed. Is that enough now, or do I still have to go to TÜV again and have additional spare parts. The rim is 4mm further in the wheel box and is 10mm wider. So I have a kind of widening of the track by 6mm. If I now make the same tire on it, the bead that protects the rim is smaller or the risk of curb damage increases. Do I see this right? For a short answer or corresponding links already many thanks in advance !
