Hello, I had an accident and the accident is in clarification (will probably end in court, opponent has refused a bus money notice and objected).Nach to the advice of my lawyer was prepared an expert report (damage value: approx. 3700 €) and the car was also repaired (invoice over 4500 €). Both were charged to the opposing insurance, which however logically does not pay before the case is clear. Now I have today from TÜV Rheinland a warning for the review according to the TÜV expert at the report, he said that I can have the report drawn up by the assignment declaration to the opposing insurance company and then if the accident is still in clarification, it will probably also be put on ice until the question of guilt has been clarified. What can I do now? If I pay the report myself and the accident has been clarified, I probably get the costs back, for example, with SChuld of the opponent, or? How can I get it back? But if the debt is divided 50:50 (or 30:70), can my insurance then, for example, refuse to take over the partial costs (my UK must then partially regulate my damage and I remain on the cost?
