Range lasers/radar guns

Hi guys, I have a general question: I’m doing a lot of work in Hungary and since May the penalties for speed crossings have been drastically increased. As early as 143 km/h you are asked to pay (if caught, of course…). Since May there are also significantly more controls, almost every day I see such. Mostly friendly colleagues stand on bridges over the AB and shoot photos of approaching vehicles (I think they shoot photos, because a My question to you is whether any of you have any idea how far these lasers/wheelers (speed measurement) devices reach, or within which distance a photo can be taken. If you recognize the friendly colleagues in green, is it already too late and brake senseless? Or do you have to be close to the bridge, but you can’t hold one of the bridge’s own. of course I would never exceed the maximum permissible maximum speed, but your answers would still interest me burningly.
