Was yesterday at my dealer in KO and wanted to buy some parts, but then I got to a seller again (is now for about a year there ) who has behaved so arrogantly ( so down from above) that you have to ask yourself whether you have to expect such a thing as a customer. As a customer I expect that I can also be advised in a specialized shop ( this should be an official HD dealer ), I can also understand if someone has stress, but also with a The sound makes the music for many years. Unfortunately, this is not the first time, and has been confirmed by other Harley owners several times. Often it seems forgotten that the customer leaves the money for the salaries there !! Too bad that the other service is excellent there, now I will probably have to contact another employee in future, in order not to order the parts on the Internet at some point and then spend my money there.
