Tansit Preheating – Battery charge too low…

The phenomenon often plagues me that it says “The preheating cannot be started, because the battery charge is too low. I have a 2019 Tansit 2L FCD so MK7. There are extra 2 batteries installed, the seller already can give me problems with one because of preheating… Now there is the with 2 so also… So two-part question – Since the battery is only modest to reach, I can use the + contact installed in the engine room for external start as well as a mass point – does it make sense to give the vehicle a permanent charging possibility?
