VW Passat TDI Start problems

When I take my Passat TDI 90 hp overnight, it doesn’t start in the morning. I have to “org” the car forever or tow it over more than a hundred meters until it is warm. There is a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. When it runs then it goes perfectly, full power and no more smoke. I believe the overnight cooling water runs into the cylinder, therefore the start problems! But there is no water, no foam/oil in the water, no water in the oil and no Blub Now my question: Could a cooler seal fix the damage or should the cylinder seal out? What does it cost? Can I do this myself? What do I have to pay attention to? Which cooler seal works best?
