Windscreen washing system heated

The whole thing I wanted to write a long time ago but well. I know it’s warm outside and the topic is not so interesting or just freezes the washing machine in spite of concentrate up to – 60 °C in winter. The error is with high probability in the cold air draught under the bonnet which leads over the hose to the nozzles. Because if I clip the hose to the nozzles from the holders and coat with steam material from the heating construction, then the penomen does not occur a uf. Maybe that would be easy but did not satisfy me visually. Inspired by a post from January 2016 in the following thread, I looked at the thing more closely.http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…-washwater-wischwasser-t5559409.html So with the limousines it is probably so that the windscreen washing system is heated over the cooling system and the whole thing is also thermostatically controlled to +30 °C. The hose to the nozzles is electrically heated and like the SWA nozzle With my W463 this outlet on the front of the SAM is the same as for the SWA nozzle heater. Actually, it would be enough to change and use a limousine hose. The hose does not fit 1:1 you have to replace the first distributor in the hose with a connector and remove the last exit. Since on the W463 no check valve is installed in the SWA I did this and one is installed in T-shape. Since that comes also in the The connection of the left nozzle has to be replaced by one of the right nozzle and exactly between both nozzles the T-piece is set with an integrated check valve. But since the SWA tank was already outside I have installed the heating of a W 210. The SWA tank must be removed because otherwise you do not come to the pump connections. The grip of the cooling water connection is a part of the W210 and thus the cooling water e The pumps of the limousines are different here they have an additional 8-mm connection. Since my pump was only renewed not too long ago, I bought a used pump from a limo and only replaced the pump housing. The suitable cooling fluid hoses are also from the W210. Since the retrofitting there were no problems again. There are also pictures of it but I have to take them in the loop. See and work.
