Zicky dealer for used car shortage

Hello together, I bought a nice 2008 golf a short time ago. I bought it from a dealer who is 120km away from my place of residence. After 3-4 weeks he started to clap unfortunately. I then asked the dealer for the most sensible solution by telephone. He told me to have the error located on site (at me) in a specialist workshop and then would decide whether my seller paid the workshop on site or whether I came to him for the correction of the defect The lack is a rattling interior fan. Part and assembly cost about 600€. -> The seller doesn’t want to pay for this and fix the lack himself. That’s ok too! It’s not quite ok that he started to make such arguments on the phone as in part: “Well, the fan does not work, the car is not new” or “who knows if the workshop has correctly identified on the spot…” (That was a 20min phone call, in which it seemed like it to me, a Some phone calls later we are no longer quite friendly with each other, but rather objectively. There is nothing else but facts. We agree that he will fix the shortage in his workshop. Despite the diagnosis of the local VW workshop, he prefers to locate the error himself and fix it only on a second date (instead of relying on the diagnosis of the local VW workshop and the part to the agreed date). It’s his right. I have the feeling that the harassment is and he deliberately wants me to drive the 240km twice (in the hope to get around the repair. All the phone calls gave me the feeling.) Actually, I want the dealer to “just” remove the maggot and it has to be free of charge for me. The real problem for me is that I have to pay the fuel costs for the almost 500km afterwards. And that’s my question. M Do I have to pay them? Or do they go to his expense? Greeting and thank you in advance from the glitter
