Hello together, the following situation: With my brother his Seat Ibiza the rear light bulb was defective. He thought he could change it himself, which he did. Unfortunately he bought the wrong bulb and built it in. Original is brake.- and rear light in one, but he has a simple bulb built in. After that there was of course a mistake, but he did not notice it immediately or thought it came from the bulb. He then drove to the Seat dealer and left the car. Of course he also forgot to tell us that he changed the bulb himself. Now he has picked up the car and has an invoice of 701,11€. I ask for serious comments!!! We are 100% clear that he is to blame himself and that it is not easy for the factory city to find such a “dumb” error. We see all this as teaching money but are there 700€ justified or should one find such a “error” faster? just the 3,59 hours GFS I find very much, the Fe hlerspeicher is read out “relatively” quickly and I think they have also read this out very often, but there are calculated full 3.59 hours… (invoice is added) As said I ask for serious comments!!!
