I wanted to leave a parking lot, which was blocked by a van, but behind the van was a truck (who wanted to go to the parking lot) which didn’t pass either, but the exit totally blocked, because there was a Mercedes S-Class on the side of him. I asked the truck driver to put a piece in front so that I could get out (there was already another car behind the truck, he recognized the situation and set a long distance back). Now there was a small gap between the truck and the Merce I drove through, and roamed the Mercedes at the bumper. I was all the more surprised that the Mercedes driver was standing next to the car all the time! He could have easily moved his car to the side here – but he did not (the situation was to be seen). When I came home, I had a bad guess. Maybe the Mercedes driver deliberately put the car on this “bottleneck” because it might get tight there often, and he simply waited. Is it a crash to cover up an old damage etc. ? Every normal person would have recognized the situation and made “place” for the passers-by. It seems to me in any case very strange. Is there possibly insurance fraud of the Mercedes driver ? Or did he simply not respect his duty of care here or is it a kind of assistance omission (if it also applies to traffic flow …).
