Accident – your assessment (Urgent!)

Hello guys, I had an accident last week with my A3 and was responsible, but I have a VK insurance. The car was towed to the Audi dealer and examined there by the DEKRA. The damage amounts to 12,000 €! That comes to according to http://www.autobudget.de to an economic total damage already very close (see below). My question is, what would you do in my place? I find somehow stupid to have the car repaired for 12 000 €. udi dealer’s deal – he gets the broken car + 12.00€ from the insurance company and “sells me in return an accident-free car (possibly even with a few kilometers less and a few extras more. Then I would have made a very good deal to a accident-free car and the dealer. The other option would be to let me pay the money for the repair (-19% VAT, which you get only when you present the bill to the workshop) and the car in the broken Zustan d for sale. I don’t know how much of the car is still worth. The damage didn’t look sooo bad at all: the door and fenders in the back were heavily pressed and the rear axle was bent, but you could still drive (but had me to be towed by the ADAC as a precaution… ). So that would certainly be a popular “Poland-Vehicle”. What would you do now? And what is legally permitted at all (doesn’t want to commit insurance fraud …) Thank you already!
