I have just noticed that all new cars have to be equipped with a brake assistant. The brake assistant was invented because many drivers do not really push on the pedal with an emergency braking. This is why the brake assistant takes over this job now. He recognizes this by a quick change from accelerator pedal to brake pedal an emergency braking is present…. But what if now a rabbit hops me on the road…… Actually I can only normally brake, a full braking is j a not allowed in this case…… I normally step on the brake pedal and thanks to the brake assist it becomes a full braking. ….Backman drives me into the rear…… What about the question of guilt now. Because actually my car would be to blame for the accident?
