Hello together, have today sold my old gulf (bj. 97) to a used car dealer. In the fervor of the battle I completely forgot to add in the purchase contract that the car is sold under exclusion of any material defects liability. If the dealer sells the car now further, could a possible defect be passed on to me by the end customer and the dealer thus transfer his warranty obligation to me ? Do I have a chance of the whole by a letter to the dealer that the Vehicle under exclusion of any liability for material defects was sold cure ? possibly with a short notice of opposition against recovery ? thank you for your support
