Hello, I had a small accident with my new car (EZ 04/2011).. The accident was in July.. Damage was a crack in the bumper, headlights ne small Macke and on the fender was a small Macke.. We left the car in a contract workshop and from there all further steps were initiated.. -> goodies + repair.. During the repair the above mentioned parts were replaced and of course painted… When I wanted to pick up the car, were many beauty mistakes (Paintplacer, paint pimples, gap dimensions) available.. Did this complain and the car went back to the repair.. So far so good.. After a week I picked up the car again and there were still the same defects or others.. Well still get an appointment for the repair and all defects in writing with the workshop master.. Now the car was there two weeks and when I wanted to pick it up today, the same defects were present, other I think 3 attempts are enough.. I didn’t agree to take the car again, I wrote down what was being criticized and left my car standing there and took the car with me. Now the question arises, what should I do now? I’m just getting angry. It didn’t run an old box but a car with a few months and almost 5,000 km. Thanks in front of me. Out.
