Current status of my defect copy

So. Current status – will certainly be talked down again by the shotgun spanners. No matter. Mainly potential customers will learn how it can run if you catch a car like mine. Court date on 28 October stands since yesterday. That is very long, considering that the air conditioning now cools unhindered. Today call to Land Rover Germany – “Customer Service” – hahahahaha. My request – the air conditioning is still defective. Don’t let me until the court date. Talk internally to your professionals. Let us confirm that I am not the only one with this deficiency. Let us give you the solution. Give it to the workshop and repair the car. Finally!!! Answer – we can understand your anger. – hahahahah. However, Autohaus 1 says that the air conditioning works and therefore will not be improved. Workshop 2 – in which the deficiency was then found again – Autohaus 1 so disproved – says now, that the air conditioning was repaired and works. Essence – although Autohaus 1 has said the untruth. Autohaus 2 has refuted this but now says that the error has been fixed. The customer thus says the untruth. One experiences thus also rather rarely. My note that I simply want to have a clear instruction for the workshop, so that the car is finally repaired, was ironed out by the fact that one cannot and should not interfere in the existing legal dispute. By the way, the Irish lawyer does not come from Berlin, where the dealer is sitting, but from Cologne – in spit width to the LR-Zentrale. A schelm, who thinks evil. I said that I call LR not within the scope of the warranty (dealer), but of the warranty (manufacturer) and ask for HELFE. After all, I could not be driven almost one and a half years with largely defective climate automation, remained content unanswered. So I can now drive to a dealer, the lack officially fixed I’m not. Welcome to the Land Rover Experience! Where the workshop is right and the customer is lying – or has to prove his warranty claim by an extra date. I can eat as much as I want to vomit! If you want to make a mistake, I’ll be happy to help you.
