Hello, as far as I know, the “place of unbalance” has a different effect. By this I mean on which axle the unbalanced wheel is mounted. An imbalance on the front axle should be noticeable at 80-100 km/h, 110-140 km/h is the rear axle. The boundaries vary depending on the car, but about that is how it behaves.
