Emco Novax S4000 Lilon switch to lead problem

Hello, I got a very cheap Emco Novax scooter with defective LiIon batteries some time ago. For the Novax there are no new LiIon batteries and the existing cells I do not want to replace. Since the Novax also with 8 pieces to 20 Ah 12 V lead batteries I was sold in 4S2P I have the LiIon batteries, the BMS removed and connected test times four 12 auto batteries in series. The charging needle of the tacho shows a full battery after switching on the scooter but neither the 1 2 V power supply still works the motor. To the BMS there was a 2-wire thin cable which is now open and I guess it is the one BMS release line with which still something has to be done. On this line is battery voltage. Does someone know what to do with the plugs or what it can still be done? Maybe one of you has a lead novax and can say something about it. Thanks already.
