Filling brake line does not work as presented? What can be the cause?

I didn’t want to change my front brake pads on my Derbi Atlantis 2 weeks ago. I found out that one of the brake pistons can no longer be set back. I then dismantled the caliper and made it workable again. Of course, the brake fluid was running out of the hose and maybe I pumped you out with the brake lever. Now I wanted everything together today and new Brem There should be no problem, I thought. Mounting the caliper, opening the balance tank, opening the liquid pure, opening the brake fluid drain screw on the saddle, pressing the brake lever several times and the liquid should flow into the hose/brake saddle and finally escape from the drain screw again. Unfortunately, this is not the case in the implementation. If I press the brake lever, no fluid is going its way through the hose (sometimes a few luf come in). Do you have any idea why that is? or what I could do wrong? Greetings and thanks for replying
