Servus, maybe I can find some helpful advice here in the forum. The following situation: Person XY buys a Fiat Bravo from the used car dealer (100km distance) and finds a strongly moving gear stick on the way home when accelerating in the 5th gear. The car was sold by the dealer as fully functional including the usual 1 year warranty. Person XY reads on the Internet of frequent transmission damage at Fiat Bravo (M32 Opel transmission) and drives to the Fiat contract workshop and there an incoming gear damage is confirmed. After recalling the dealer, this person XY should simply continue driving the car and he sees reparatur needs when the gears fly out. His mechanics would only laugh at him because of a moving gear stick and that is quite normal. How would you proceed? Does he perhaps only try to save himself over the period of the reversal of the evidence? The car is now 4 days in Besit z the person XY. Thank you greeting tapout
