Hello, I turn to the insurance forum for the first time, I have to confess, I have never had contact with insurance companies…except the annual payments of course. So, the following happened to me last weekend. I helped an acquaintance to transport furniture. When loading a longer board (about 2m ) we arrived together with the board going the windshield. ( I stood at the rear flap, she at the front of the passenger door). We were both shocked, of course, because no one could imagine destroying the disc at such a slight touch. Well, it happened, but there are insurances, I thought. I thought I should drive for you, she was part of the invitation, so it shouldn’t be a matter of the rules with her insurance. She saw it the same way. I don’t have a partial cascade. My question now: Does anyone know how this really works? Does the insurance agent just not want to have to submit any damage? The damage also amounts to 360€, which does not kill me (I’m a student, she already works ), but now many extra shifts have died at my job which actually already for what else What bothers me much more, however, is that the insurance company thinks I have to pay for the damage, which is ultimately responsible for it. Can someone tell me something? many thanks for your effort and time. qniss
