Hello dear community…I have registered now also because I need a few tips from you. Ps. my name is Paul and I have an Audi convertible bj 92 with approx. 160000km So…nun first of all to the story We had a heavy storm last Saturday(11.9.2011) with us. We had hail grains in size of tennis balls (I have never experienced so before).I was visiting my parents and parked my car pretty close to the house wall(fortunately). We have by the hail 2 cars d my mother her A class and my car. the A class is completely dented and with my car are 2 bumps on the bonnet, 3 small ones on the tailgate and 2 thick fat holes in the cover. We informed the insurance on Monday (12.9) about the damage. They told us that they hired an expert to look at the damage. Today is Friday and no one has registered yet. I drove to the DEKRA today because the insurance said: that the expert comes from the Dekra. There I was told that there are a lot of damages and that they are now given appointments for the evaluation. I asked a few questions… My convertible will certainly be an economic total damage since the cover at Audi costs already over 4000€. What should I pay attention to when the report is prepared? Will such things like my aluminium rims and my chassis and so on be included in the report? What can I do about the insurance? had never had something like this before and I am completely inexperienced in the matter and would be easy prey for insurance. Please help me Achso…I have partial cassock with 150€ SB
