Hello! Yesterday I lost trial against MB before the AG Hannover with the reason a C class year 03/95 is an old car and should be rusted and probably have technical defects. MB warranty takes over no costs and MB eliminates neither rust (except overpainting) cause remains unresolved but is known and defects in the technology are not found that would be just like that (rubbing at the traffic light, car shakes formally) and Ruckeln in driving operation at mostly approx. 4000U/min. W he can help, has tips or similar experiences with this car and especially Mercedes???
