Hello guys, I’ve got another real reason to get upset about VW today. It was said that you change the culant behavior with obvious misconstructions and also vehicles up to the age of four are still taken into account. With me for the third time the window lifter was defective, a very annoying thing, which has already caused a riot with almost all VW’s already. I thought that the problem already occurs again, maybe the new “customer friendliness” has already on an effect and at least I get the benefit of a partial license. Car is a 6N2, four years old, with all the quirks that are currently common at Polos. The constantly broken window lifters are only a problem of many. To my surprise there was no penny price discount on the exchange but a bill of over 300€. I now have enough, in the future I will no longer buy a VW. In Europe there is a juicy bill, in the USA all disc lifters will be constant on request And of course I can wait for this lifter to break again (“no, they’re holding now”, it was already said at the first exchange). Probably the customer satisfaction has to slip from the penultimate to the last place, so that something happens with this “premium mark”.
