At the end of 2003 the thing had suddenly broken, the magazine didn’t pull out anymore. I complained by e-mail to Opel. After a few days I received a call from the company Opel Huppert in Düsseldorf-Benrath. I should stop by and leave the radio there, an Opel employee would check my bill of convenience. whether I would agree and whether the radio should be ordered they wanted to know. Sure, I would rather pay only 30% than 100%. In February the part had finally arrived at Opel Huppert, I paid 30% of the meterial costs + 100% wage costs and went home satisfied. HEUTE (03.04.) I received an invoice from Opel Huppert: “Dear Mr. …” The one we received from Adam Opel AG The reason for the refusal is “Magazin inserted wrongly!”. What is the point of this nonsense?
