It was clear here that there was ice here above the Unterfahrs. Then I got a KV over 624 euros. I asked if it was not covered by Kulanz. This was denied. I contacted Kia Germany. Here too it was pointed out that it does not fall under manufacturer warranty or similar. In my opinion, it can not be that Kia Germany is not covered. above the underrun protection can accumulate foreign bodies (in this case snow) and hold up the hand afterwards Kia. Then I should theoretically not move my car any more in the snow.
