Hello! I got an older Hifi system for almost nothing from a friend. I know that the brands don’t really do anything and that especially with Magnat many will shake the head, but it was as said practically for free. It is about the following system: older Pioneer CD radio normal boxes front ( tweeters in the armature board, medium/lowtones in the front doors) the front boxes hang only on the radio back then I have a Magnat Classic power amplifier and a The rear shelf with 4 x bass driver, as well as the matching mid and tweeters. Two crossovers are mounted on the shelf, i.e. from the shelf two pairs of cables come to connect to the power stage. I have now done this in such a way that the front boxes remain on the radio and the power stage supplies the storage. This should also stay as far as possible. I operate the shelf on two channels, since only two connection options come from the crossovers. a question, how do I set the power amplifier correctly. I have a controller for level, HPF, LPF, bass boost and another switch X-Over with the settings options “Full, LPF, HPF”. Hope you can help me there, because unfortunately I have no instructions for the power amplifier. Addendum: Can it be that I should not change anything at the power amplifier with HPF and LPF, because still the frequency deviations on the shelf on the way to the boxes come in between?
