Purchase advice Annual car BMW 3 Series or Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Dear Motor-Talk municipality, I am currently in the process of having my VW Golf Variant bought as a new car only last year changed due to considerable defects. The request for conversion is currently underway, an evaluation of the vehicle has been carried out and my car dealer is quite positive that the return of the car will take place before Easter. Now, of course, I am faced with the decision to buy another car. I no longer want a new car, ic h at the moment with an annual car, namely either a BMW 3 Series Touring or Mercedes-Benz C-Class T-Model. Since I do not drive more than 15,000km a year and also many short distances, it should be a gasoline engine. However, I noticed on first visits to car dealerships that the combined annual cars are mostly diesel engines, so that I can alternatively imagine a limousine of the two models. Now my question for a neutral purchase advice: What is in the price performance I would like to have an automatic transmission, navigation and hands-free system on board, as well as parking steering assistants and rear-view camera. The C-Class models before 03/2014 are cheaper than the current models due to the change of model. Is the additional charge for the new model worth it? The current BMW 3 model has been on the market since 2012, it seems to me “mode” rner, especially with regard to multimedia functions (Internet connection).
