Recommendations for 235/45 R17 tyres

Hello wide tire fans this question is addressed exclusively to riders with the tire dimension 235/45 R17. And I would like to know your experience with tires of this size. Why? I am currently driving the walking aid with tires Michelin Pilot Primacy in this size. And I had to find out after initial enthusiasm that the horny appearance also has its price (running noise, driving behaviour on wheels and sloping road). I mean, the comfort suffers t considerably (compared to 15″ tyres [winter])! Now I think that this could have something to do with the rims and noises. I have had similar experiences with a Vectra B before. GoodYear tyres (or those of Firestone – I don’t know exactly anymore) made a Radau on the rear axle, that I had already suspected the wheel bearings. But the FOH said that these were the tires, which I did not believe of course. And well, after a re-maturation of the rear axle (of course after a plate) with Continental tires, the thing purred like a sewing machine, zero noises. Hadn’t I thought possible before. So, my question is: What makes you ride and how are you satisfied with it? What about (tire) running noises in the car interior and what about the road situation?
