Hello dear people, I am very helpless and therefore I ask you for tips, would be very grateful if you would help me. Drive for about 2 months a Twingo 1.2 with 58 HP year of construction :2003 On the highway suddenly my beloved Twingo went out…I just managed to take the next exit before he stopped. The tank was on reserve and I just thought it was because of it. After I got gas about 10 L I tried to get the Moto r turn on……no…I tried and tried and tried…I didn’t need anything :-)( I pushed the car into a parking lot on my own…puhhhhh I was done…Today I went to a free workshop to get help. So the uncle drove me to my car and looked at it.. He looked at the engine and the tank that was under the back seats… He attached a pole to my Twingo and with the other end his car…he wanted to turn on… …and I should try to get the car on the way…. That went halfway but the engine clapped extremely…like a tracker…. His diagnosis : Timing belts is torn !!! I should dispose of the car or just leave it in front of his workshop so that he can at least slaughter the car…A reperture would not be worth it….I really got tears :-((I am very dependent on my car and as I said before, I am very dependent on my car.) napp 2 months for approx.2000 € bought… The seller told me at the beginning that the Twingo had never been made the timing belt, but I would have time up to 120Tkm. I also trusted that….. Now my question to you…. must it be that it is the timing belt???? Can it be something else? Or does the uncle just want to fuck me out of the workshop? Does it pay to get the car back fit? please people I would be very grateful for an answer…. am so Ratlos… Dan no you in front of Liza
