TÜV full acceptance / H or “normal” license plate

Hello dear people, first of all: Happy new! I would have a question and that: I have a Derby Bj. 1978. The car has now been shut down about 4 years. Now I wanted to bring completely new TÜV on the car and, possibly, apply for an H-mark … with a few questions: 1. Does the car need a “full acceptance” wg. of the long standing time. Is something special to consider? Or is this, in principle, like the normal TÜV test ? (the Fzg. is from Germany and also has an al or if the car is turned to the right (the condition is OK but not soooo good ) 2. For the H-mark, according to my information, the car must be in a good to very good condition, that is not it, it is ok and traffic-proof. So can I also allow the car “normal” without these tightened regulations (if there are any, my information is still on the level “listening statements”. Thanks for your help !
