Moin, I have collected some questions, because after each action a new error occurred again. 1. With our 607 the motor runs quite unevenly and also the turning up in the empty run is very sluggish. The 3rd injector has already been changed, since the quantity correction was 159%. After the exchange, however, this is still 159% (photo). Do you still have to learn or register the injectors? 2. The measurements in the control unit for the charging pressure are both in empty run on ambient pressure, as well as in the higher empty run with higher pressure should still be at ambient pressure (2 pictures). In addition, the air quantity on the rear bench is much lower than on the front bench, as well as in the empty run and in the higher empty run (just as 2 pictures). In the higher empty run this is even lower. I conclude that the rear turbo has to be stuck, since otherwise the air quantity would have to rise with and not fall off, so that the front turbo practically blows into the rear and thus the air mass falls on the rear suction path. Does someone have a different explanation for, or can I understand? The deposited errors in the control unit match the measured values. 3. When jerking in empty run, each jerker comes with a “gong” of the high pressure line between the pump and the distribution pipe. When damping with the finger, the noise is gone. During the cut-off test, no paint or vibrating of the fuel pressure valve was heard/feeled. that is related to the noise that the fuel pressure becomes too high and thus possibly also the injector correction factors hang so next to the track? and if so, is the pressure valve integrated in the pump or can you exchange it separately if necessary? Thanks in advance for replying, Lg Dominik
