Hello everyone, I would like to get some information. A year or half a year ago I had a small crash in which only the license plate had bent at that time. That’s all it was, as far as I can remember. I gave her my insurance number but the damaged did not report. So and now out of the blue she is reporting at once and wants to claim a damage. Is that possible at all? My problem is that I still have the car I have changed insurance since I sold the old car and bought a new one. How should I proceed now? The injured person now wants to have an expert take on the damage, is that at all legal too casual after half a year?
