The police meant to call the insurance company and clarify how to handle this with the cost estimate or report.. From my insurance (friend of my dad) I let myself be told that I should go directly to a lawyer on Monday and that all this has to be clarified and the opposing insurance has to pay that. I could also choose the expert freely without agreement. And then I have a question about a rental car. If it is also up to me to pay, probably also the other insurance, only the question is whether this is “remunerated”.
