Workshop won’t get out of the car!

Hi, last week my 2,3 coupe went out during the ride and didn’t jump any more. As it was late in the evening I couldn’t find out the mistake anymore and called the local Audi dealer the next morning. He also sent his employee to me (2 half hours for 500 m by car). Of course, said worker could not find anything like that, he only had a foreign starter while protecting my battery and turned the ignition lock 5 around. (Ha b i already made the evening before and told him). In the end my car landed in the contract workshop. Diagnosis of defective reverberator, so new detonator has to he. Of course the dealer on Fridays at 12 o’clock does not get any more parts. I then got the detonator and informed the workshop. On the phone he says to me he does not pack from the time of today. I then of course said I do it myself. Then he wanted to convince me of it. that I can’t do this because of the time of ignition. So I looked into the forum here. What I found here was also right and I asked a friend Audi mechanic and he also said if someone comes to him with such a thing he does it without equipment. Long speech short sense. When I brought the distributor by the VAG on Friday at 1645 I demanded that he please put out my car so that I should at least rep on Saturday So now comes the service man (the boss of the store) says he can’t give me the car because he didn’t make it himself and doesn’t know which cables might be lots. Is that possible?????????May he do that??? Or is the mafia moderately commissioned to land? And why the hell is my car on the lift on 2,40 with open bonnet, because of an ignition distributor???? I haven’t got my car yet, that’s so close to it. e. If someone knows what it may cost (without material) sometimes write in.
