Accident under the influence of alcohol

Hello, I built an accident last night under a slight influence on alcohol and wanted to know how the car insurance for the damage incurred occurred. The following happened: I lost control of my vehicle on the highway and drove into the guardrail, which was slightly damaged. A vehicle that was behind me was then driven over some sheet metal parts that have detached themselves from my vehicle thus possibly also a small damage n. (whether there was any damage to him at all is not yet certain, he wanted to report the days to me, in the worst case it is a slight sheet metal damage) My own vehicle is an economic total damage, that is scrapped, meaning there are no further costs for me. When the police tested me a value of 0.65 promille came out about 1 hour later I was taken blood and the results of this test stand My real question is now to what extent is my insurance for the damage that arose at the guardrail and possibly at the other vehicle. Do they participate in it or do I have to carry it completely myself?
