Accident Zebra Stripes…Questions!

Hello. Probably the topic here is not right, but I don’t know where else it should fit in. Below situation of xy described: 20-30km/h driven, because zebra strips approached, with 2 standing buses at the stop. Rainstorm, darkness and reflection on the roadway through oncoming traffic. Suddenly 2 pedestrians on the zebra strip, dark dressed, hit. Both only slight injuries, i.e. abrasions, could be released immediately from the ambulance. What kind of punishment must now be reckoned with? The matter went through the police to the prosecutor’s office. Would be very grateful for quick answers. The two “injured” told the driver that they would have walked across the road as usual every morning on the zebra strip without looking for cars. Probably, and if they were smart, they didn’t say that to the police, then they would blame themselves. Is a driving ban possible for the driver if yes, how long? a fine, or even a probation sentence?
