Hello parish, what has just happened to me I really do not wish anyone, and the horror is still sitting in my limbs. I drive with my bus line and drive a stop to let someone get off. After that I close the door, blink at least three times left, look into the mirror, free ride and want to pull out the bus and leave from the stop. At the same moment I notice that a moped driver just overtakes with unimpeded speed and I open it I didn’t see him because he was behind the bus when I looked in the mirror. I would have overruled him by the width of my hair. Does anyone know the exact legal situation here?
