audi 80 type89 cabrio 2.3 e Turbo conversion???

Hi together! my question is I can install a turbo in my car without costing me a fortune or what I need at all for it. unfortunately it only has 133 ps. the box just doesn’t pull. HIiiiiiiIIlFFFFfeeeEE PS: many thanks in advance
