Hello and a happy new year. My year has already started well 🙁 To describe my problem. I stand with my i 30 kombi always slightly downhill in my yard. Before that my wife parked. This morning it was heavily frozen with us. I opened my car and did it as always. I activated the rear window and windshield and started scratching as if the windows were free. The outside mirrors also did not open. Goods frozen. When I had already released the side windows i When I had the half free, the outside mirrors (were probably now free from the ice) but also the parking brake. I could dodge quickly. But my wife’s car couldn’t! I couldn’t jump into the car that fast. Conclusion of my wife’s bumper has scratches and at mine the grill is torn and pressed. Now I wonder how such a thing can happen. And are such mistakes stored? I don’t believe. rtür got up as the whole thing happened. What should I tell the workshop now and think that I have to pay for the damage myself or my insurance.
