Board computer reports defective lamps

Hello, it’s about a Citroen C3 HDI 110 FAP built in 2007. In winter the on-board computer reported: “devil headlights defective” So I went out and see, all the lights still went. The message was also nothing new for me, actually he spat out this message every winter and 1-2 weeks later the dipped light was defective, which he also correctly recognized and reported in case of actual defect. So I did not do anything for that reason. more false error messages spit out: “Brake light defective, fog closeers defective, etc.” Meanwhile it is so bad that he sometimes beeps for 2 minutes and longer on one piece because he ratters all the lamps once and reports you as defective. Stupid is only that everyone is healed! It is so annoying by now that I have started to change all the lamps gradually. Soon I am through with all once, but it has brought nothing. Last weekend is back right the whole Lighting panel failed, which led me to deal with the problem a bit more precisely. It turned out that the plug had a wobble contact on the ground. I successfully removed the problem. However, I noticed that at the back there are 10V on the left side and 11,5V on the right side, which should not be his. Which is the correct voltage 10, 11,5 or 12V? Where is the on-board power supply controller at the C3 so that I can start can you measure whether the voltage is wrong or the line is to blame? Does anyone else have any idea what the problem with the wrong error messages might be?
