Hello, I would like to air my anger here… I have completed a car warranty, which now does not want to take over the replacement of a chip from the trunk lock. The warranty conditions say that the trunk lock as well as parts that affect the function of the lock fall into the additional guarantee. (The lock could not be unlocked anymore.) The customer service staff talk about head and collar. They do not want to take over the 29,90 Euro. I am draughty. At the end, they probably do so more often, since for 29 euros hardly anyone visits a lawyer and complains. Do you have an idea, if I can turn to a car newspaper etc.? Unfortunately, there are no assessments of this insurance on the Internet; at least I did not find any. 🙁 Greetings Sandra
