Hello, with our new (Feb. 2013) Clio the start/stop automatic is no longer possible for about 2 months. That means at the stop at the traffic light comes the message: “Autom. Stop not available”. Outside temp. 15 degrees or more – no matter. Visit in the workshop: “Yes, there are so many exceptions – have you read this through in the operating instructions?” Yes I did. However, I can not check all sensors for their signal status… So at < 80% battery charge state the start/stop should already be But even the Renault workshop can't read out this module, which checks the state of charge - I got this information. There are allegedly many Clio drivers having problems with the start/stop. The next step is to charge the battery completely by charger and test again. If it then works again, you have to find out unfortunately that in normal driving mode obviously no sufficient state of charge is achieved. I mean it increases the lifespan of starter and battery if it doesn't work, but I would ask Renault to take it out of the advertising brochures ;-) Mark
