Hello experts, on Thursday I have an appointment in the workshop. Maybe you already know what it can be? I had asked months ago, but here again all the latest findings. The wheel bearings in the front have been changed, since then the feeling is to drive over an obstacle during sharp steering, accompanied by a small bang, away. The replaced wheel bearings also looked bad. The other sound is still there. A noise, as if feathers squeaked, as if whether a spring bed would not be properly fixed under my car. On a straight track everything ok. With slight ground waves, as if something were beating against the car, worse during cornering, extremely also during braking, especially shortly before the stand. It comes, so those who could hear it, from the front. Today now: experiment with Airmatic, I think at once that it does not go up at all. Almost a minute. Later in the day: everything ok, within 20 seconds it goes up. Back in the garage w The feeling he doesn’t raise, followed by a knack, as if the airmatics had to fight against a feather holding on to them. What could it be, and especially the always anxious question: what does it cost and can it be repaired by not Mercedes people (who usually don’t even take half). Would be grateful for answers, even if they are only conjectures. MFG Pluto P.S. I even drove to Switzerland with the noise that had temporarily disappeared. There it also appeared, then ignored it and drove my beloved pass roads.
