Hello MT municipality, I’ve been in England for 4 months and had to go to the hospital some time ago because of pneumonia. There was a parking lot and I’m pure – after half an hour: ticket with 50 pounds at the disk. Came then also post and I answered: – in D not usual for hospital to pay – weather was rainy and stormy – I was unconcentrated and wanted to quickly return home because of illness –> so probably sign would have been overlooked (30p of course I would have paid) If I have to pay this or not, I have the feeling that my arguments have not been taken into account. Fly next week for 2 weeks to D and then come back. I will travel back in February by car. I found a few things ergooglet but nothing suitable – especially since the writing also came in English.
