Error Rest Current – Problem Start Stop

Hello, I am now already a few months proud owner of a V40 CC D4 MJ 2014 with Heico power increase, but already have the following problem: The rest current is too high, which causes the battery(s) to empty slowly and as a symptom (so far only) start stop does not work fully due to lack of current. According to the protocol the following error code exists: CEM-B109F09 Average rest current – component error Status: Error code is active. he batteries of course fully charged and start-stop functioned without any problems even with almost cold engine. However, if I drive only about 6 x 30 km per week, then I could observe that start-stop only worked from operating temperature or not at all (e.g. “Error electric system” according to start-stop display). The Volvowerkstatt installed various software updates and replaced the small start-stop battery. In addition, the Heico accessories (performance increase, illuminated once-in-a-lifetime) were replaced. After the main battery was replaced for a new one, the “Electronic system error” in the display no longer exists at the start stop, since it now seems that it could better intercept the power loss during short distance and 1 day without driving. But start stop only works after the engine has operating temperature (on the day after Langs). In addition, the main battery in cold condition is about 12.15 volts and in the fault memory there is still a problem with the rest current. Have you already had similar problems or ideas, how this could be solved? Volvo has proposed as the next “therapy” the replacement of the engine fan (!?) … I would be very grateful for any help, since I have already visited my Volvo dealer several times unsuccessfully and I don’t want to call the breakdown aid if it gets frosty outside and the battery is sluggish after for example 3 days without driving…. Best regards from Thüringen Thomas
